Flow from Reservation to the Day of the Tour ① Reservation Request via Web or LINE Please enter your desired date, number of participants, and any requests, and send us a reservation request. ② Plan Consultation and Schedule Adjustment After confirmation, a staff member will contact you. We will propose a plan tailored to your desired activities and time, such as "I want to enjoy fishing as the main activity," "I want to do both snorkeling and diving," or "I have small children, so I want to spend a relaxing time." ③ Reservation Confirmation We will finalize the plan details, start time, meeting place, etc., and confirm your reservation. ④ Tour Day and Check-in After meeting at the port, we will explain the day's schedule and important points. If you are renting equipment, we will prepare it at this time. ⑤ Departure of Your Private Chartered Boat! We are finally setting sail. You can enjoy the sea of Ishigaki Island with a plan tailored to your consultation, including snorkeling, diving, fishing, and more. ⑥ Tour End and Return to Port We will return to the port, and the tour will end. Thank you for using our service. Important Notice *Depending on weather and sea conditions, the plan and departure time may be changed with safety as the top priority. *Additional charges may apply depending on the activities you choose.

ツアー内容について 天候や海況により、ご希望のポイントへご案内できない場合がございます。その際は、シュノーケリングの時間を延長するなど、できる限りお楽しみいただける内容でご案内いたします。 また、掲載しているスケジュールは基本行程となります。 当日の天候や海況に応じて、安全面やベストなコンディションを考慮し、ツアー内容の順番を変更させていただく場合がございます。 なお、荒天など特別な理由がない限り、ツアー内容はすべて実施できるようご案内いたします。 【レンタルカメラについて】 ツアー中はスタッフがお客様の代わりに写真・動画を撮影して無料プレゼントしております。 「紛失が心配」「操作が不安」という方は、無理にレンタルせずプロにお任せいただいても安心です♪ ※カメラ1台につき、撮影データ保存用のMicroSDカードが1枚必要です。ご持参いただくか、当日現地にて購入（2,000円）も可能です。 【レンタルに関する厳守事項】 万が一、お客様の過失によるカメラの「破損」や海での「紛失」が発生した場合、本体代金および営業補償の一部として【一律 50,000円】をご請求させていただきます。 水没や落下には十分ご注意の上、丁寧にお取り扱いいただきますようお願い申し上げます。 【キャンセルポリシー】 2日前 9:00まで 無料 前日 9:00まで ご予約料金の50% 前日 9:00以降〜当日・無断キャンセル ご予約料金の100% ※天候や海況不良などにより、当店の判断でツアーを中止した場合は、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。
